The owners of Green Dog want people working there because they enjoy leading dogsled tours, but the salary shouldn't be so low they depart.
Martin Munck visits the Green Dog Svalbard kennels in Bolterdalen. The company currently has 12 mushers and dog handlers, half of whom have worked there at least two years.
