Hard to find the owner

The Governor of Svalbard and the Longyearbyen Community Council (LL) are facing a struggle following the decision to remove the giant Santa's mailbox at Sjøområdet.

The mailbox has to be removed. But it has been hard to do because the owner is nowhere to be found.
